01 Information we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver the service: your name, email, business name, payment details, and any brand information you provide for content creation.
- Account info: name, email, password (hashed)
- Billing info: handled by Stripe — we never see your card number
- Brand info: anything you share for content (logo, voice notes, photos)
- Usage data: which features you use, anonymised and aggregated
02 How we use it
We use your data to deliver the service you've paid for — write captions, design graphics, schedule posts, send invoices. That's it. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and we don't share with third parties except as listed below.
03 Sharing & processors
We share data only with the processors required to run the service: Stripe for billing, Notion for your content calendar, Buffer for scheduling, Postmark for transactional email. Each is GDPR-compliant.
04 Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without breaking the service for paying members.
05 Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email privacy@contentclub.design and we'll action within 30 days.
01 Our service
contentclub provides a monthly social media content subscription. By signing up you're agreeing to receive posts, graphics, captions, and scheduling at the tier you've chosen, on the timeline described on our pricing page.
02 Payment
Billing is monthly in advance via Stripe. Annual plans are billed once at signup. Failed payments: we'll retry once, then pause the service until resolved.
03 Intellectual property
All content we create for you is yours to keep, including the source files. We retain the right to feature anonymised samples in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
04 Cancellation
Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. No notice period. We honour the current billing cycle and don't charge the next one. Annual plans get a pro-rata refund for unused months.
05 Limitation of liability
Our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid in the current billing month. We're not responsible for changes to third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok etc.) or for outcomes outside our control — algorithm changes, follower fluctuations, etc.
