How fast do you reply?+
During studio hours (Mon–Fri) you'll hear back within four hours. Outside those hours, by the next business morning at the latest.
Should I email or book a call?+
If you're considering working with us, book the call — it's faster than emailing back and forth. If you have a quick question, email is great.
Are you accepting new members right now?+
We open six new memberships per month. If we're full, we'll add you to the waitlist and reach out as soon as a spot opens — usually within 2–3 weeks.
